Flight booking · Inside the Empty PC

Cryanair.
A small fare. Quite a few decisions.

Cryanair is Empty’s airline-booking parody. Instead of putting a product in a basket, you choose a destination from Emptyville and work through the familiar decisions that turn a simple fare into a booking. The airports have opinions about geography. The charges have excellent attention to detail.

Cryanair’s fictional Paris departures with flight times and pretend fares
Cryanair, seen inside the pretend desktop. All purchases are fictional.

Choose somewhere vaguely nearby

Pick a destination and travel day to compare departures. The fictional network includes Paris (Vaguely Nearby), Barcelona (Girona), Nowhere-on-Sea and other destinations with their own descriptions. Read the destination note as well as the departure time before choosing a flight.

Follow the total through every step

The booking sequence moves through Fare, Seats, Bags, Insurance, Extras and Review. Choose the options you want and inspect the total as those choices change. A seat or a bag can matter more to the final fictional bill than the headline fare. Review the complete breakdown before confirming payment.
